Having felt poorly recently, I cracked open the condensed soup at the back of the cupboard. Although some do not live up to other brands, I thought the Batchelors condensed tomato soup is pretty close to Heinz. One tin makes two portions, and although some think this means two bowls of soup, it can be used for other things.
For the soup, I added a few peas to get some more veggies.
For the leftovers, I added it to cooked pasta, sausages and veg before baking it for 15 mins. It proves to be a nice creamy texture and it made around a couple of portions of pasta. I made one half with cheese for my boyfriend and one without for me as I was still feeling poorly.
