My grandparents visited recently, and with them they bought some duck eggs. It's been a while since I have last tried them so was pretty excited to see the difference from chicken eggs.
I had some leftover sardines so thought I would make a salad and poach an egg. I added some gnocchi, spinach and tomatoes. The egg was lovely and rich with a bright orange yolk. I would say they are slightly richer than chickens eggs but I don't think I would spot the difference if I didn't see the shells.
