WIAW #2

So for my second WIAW, I am actually showing you what I ate Sunday as it saves the strange looks of photographing my eats at work!

On Saturday, I went to the local market and picked up some lovely grapes, strawberries and bananas and had some with the last of my maple pecan crisp cereal from Tesco.
I had a bit of a baking day, making rhubarb and strawberry jam, homemade granola and blueberry muffins. So inevitably I had a blueberry muffin as a snack. I used this low-fat recipe without the topping which meant it was only flavored with natural sugars. They tasted good, but mine came out a little too wet on the inside. I either over-mixed or needed more flour.....

As I had been tasting all my baking, I wasn't that hungry at lunch. I managed to pick up some reduced asparagus (40p) and wanted to have it with a poached egg for a light meal.
For dinner, I really fancied sausages. I am not a big fan of most shop bought sausages, and only pick up Korkers from Kent where my parents live as they taste less 'meaty'. I teamed it with cauliflower mash and broccoli.
I was a little peckish a little later on in the evening, so I have a fruit salad with natural yogurt.
