WIAW Heatwave

The heatwave has continued this week, and I have realised how little I am actually cooking. Hot food is just not appealing. For Breakfast I have bran flakes, homemade muesli and banana.
After being at my parents for the weekend, I didn't have any fresh bits in my fridge for lunch so I settled for a yummy cheese and onion relish in wholemeal bread.

 For snacks, I have a handful of homegrown gooseberries (by my granddad's friend) and a banana.


For dinner, I had a tuna steak with a peppery salad reduced from Co-Op and a few new potatoes. I cooked the tuna with a bit of lemon and chilli and fried for a few minutes on each side. It was delicious!
