Weekend Baking

I have been away from home for the past four weeks, so was looking forward to a little weekend baking. Previously, I have made only white bread and bought some seeded bread mix to try, the Allinson Seed and Grain Bread Flour.
The recipe on the back suggested adding chopped dates for a breakfast bread and loved the idea. I split the dough into two, leaving one as plain seeded loaf, and the other as a breakfast.
I wanted fresh bread for breakfast, so followed the instructions up until proving overnight in the fridge. I then baked it as soon as I woke, allowing me to have fresh fruity bread with butter.
The other loaf, I baked a little later in the day and had it with some cheese.
