What I Ate Wednesday
It has been a while since I have done one of these, so thought I should get back on it.Breakfast starts out with my classic banana and peanut butter on toast. This keeps me full for ages...even in the colder months.
For a snack I had an apple. At tesco they currently have an offer of a bag of 8 Gala apples for £1 so have been enjoying them!!!
For lunch, I had a poached egg on toast. This was one of my most perfect eggs with a lovely runny center,
Then for tea, I had salmon with leeks and new potatoes, broccoli and corn on the cob. Yum yum.
