Another what I ate Wednesday. You will have to excuse the repetitive breakfast. I just can't get enough of peanut butter on toast!
For lunch, I found some sub rolls from Waitrose for 30p, and they are my favourite kind of rolls. I have cheese tomato and lettuce with a bit of mayo and it was soo simple but yummy.
For dinner we made pasta bolognese. I really fancied pasta instead of spaghetti for a change. I added lots of veg to stretch out the mince, and will probably have the leftovers tomorrow in a cottage pie.
