WIAW Post Oyster edition

We recently went on our work Christmas do to Manchester for an overnight stay. For the evening meal, a few of us had some yummy oysters....which we all regretted. All of us who had eaten them all felt really ill (and still do). So here is what I ate post feeling ill....

For breakfast, I had bran flakes and banana with a bit of natural yogurt.
For a snack, I had a small orange as my stomach was a bit queasy still. I also had an apple.

For an early dinner, I made myself a vegetable soup. Perfect for refuelling and getting my vitamins and liquid.
