WIAW Wk 05
Wednesday seems to come round so quickly, but I have had a nice relaxing week and a catch up with some girlfriends after work with a glass of red wine. Here is what I ate Wednesday. For breakfast, I changed it up slightly and had bran flakes with banana.
I had a bit of a snacking day today. At the weekend, I made some homous which needed using up. I tried a different Thai recipe as I saw this blog post where you included peanut butter and couldn't resist. I was a little hesitant to add sweet chilli sauce, but it was amazing!So for lunch I had some tasty humous with celery and carrots.
For dinner, I made myself some spiced parsnip soup (a Waitrose recipe) as I recently found a pack of parsnips for 10p in Asda! Bargain! It was super yummy and quite spicy so had to add a bit of yogurt to cool it down a little for me.
In the evening I had a little chocolate before bed but forgot to picture it!
