I realise that these posts are becoming more about my documentation than anything interesting, but it is a great way for me to keep track of my fruit and veg intake.

This week has been more of a struggle, with the main reason of my parents visiting and going out for more meals than usual. Although I ordered a salad, I felt I needed to top up my fruit and veg intake.
