WIAW Wk11

I was excited for breakfast this morning after picking up some Warburtons Raisin Loaf for only 12p! It wasn't actually going out of date, but was a little squished. It was the first time trying it, but have wanted to for ages and was waiting for a good offer. I was surprised at just how fruity the bread was. It was moist and delicious...perfect for my banana with breakfast. The only thing I wasn't keen on was the sugar in one slice was 20% of your daily allowance!!
 I had a handful of blueberries, leftover from a weekend with my family.

 For lunch, I enjoyed a wholemeal pitta bread with leftover ham, tomatoes and cucumber. I spread the inside with a little red pesto and light mayo for moisture and flavour.

I had some fruit and nut to keep me going and a snack pot of apples and strawberries (which I managed to pick up for just 5p!)
 

I have lots of peppers left over from the weekend and wanted to use them up before they go squishy. I made a quick and super tasty hash with potatoes, red onion, peppers and smoked paprika baked with an egg and kale on the side.
