Lent Week 6

I have failed! And I feel so bad about it. This weekend, I went away for a girly holiday where most of the food was included. This really limits the availability of fruit and vegetables, with the focus being on (a very nice) afternoon tea and fried breakfast. With dinner, it was more like fine dining, where the portions are quite small, thereby any vegetables were of a small portion. Luckily orange juice was available, which helped boost an extra 1 portion but that was where the healthy finished I am afraid. This does not mean I will stop, as I plan to make up for it now!!!

Dinner- Broccoli (1)

Sunday

Dinner - Broccoli (1), Beans (1), Leek (0.5)
