Recipe 19 Super Easy 3 Ingredient Honey and Mustard Chicken Recipe

I have had the recipe book 'Three and Four ingredient recipes' for a while now without having tried many of the tasty and easy looking dishes in it. I thought it was time to give something a go, and this Honey and Mustard chicken recipe really caught my eye.

Ingredients: (serves 4)
8 Chicken Thighs (or 4 chicken breasts)
4 tbsp Wholegrain Mustard
4 tbsp Honey

1. Preheat oven to 190c. Put the chicken in a roasting pan.
2. Mix together the honey and mustard, season with salt and pepper and brush over the chicken.
3. Cook for 25-30 mins (or until cooked through), occasionally brushing the chicken with the juices. 


 This came out so delicious, it was hard to believe how few ingredients go into it. The simplicity of the cooking process is great as well. I served my chicken with sweet potato and carrot mash, boroccoli, spinach and peas. As the honey cooks, it melts so it is necessary to baste the chicken, but don't chuck the sauce away, it's perfect for dipping the veggies in!
