WIAW 18-Sweet Dinner

This last week and weekend have been full on with award shows, post award show burger lunches that it has felt quite heavy on the stomach. After eating (what I consider) healthy, when it comes to eating heavy foods, my tummy can hurt quite a lot. So it's nice to get back to a bit of normality. Here is what I ate on Monday.
For breakfast, I went a bit different from the normal and chose some bran flakes with home made granola and banana.

Lunch was a salad with a side of a few Kettle crisps in salt and vinegar. The salad was spinach, celery, cucumber, tomato, lettuce and pepperoni...a bit strange but tasted really good.

I put the crisps in a small container, as it was a large bag and stopped me from eating more than I should.

I also had an afternoon snack of an apple.
Dinner was delicious, and one of my recipe reviews which you can find here. It was honey and mustard chicken which I served with sweet potato and carrot mash, broccoli, spinach and peas. Yum.
In the evening I also had a little of my easter chocolate.
Throughout the day I drink plenty of water, two cups of tea, two cups of peppermint tea (normally after meals) and a fruity tea (mid-morning).
Hope you have had a great Wednesday and thanks to Peas and Crayons for hosting.
