WIAW 22 Tasty healthy snacks.

I have just loved the weather this week! It is nice and warm here and we enjoyed a lovely picnic birthday celebration at the weekend. Everything seems to taste better when you get to eat or drink it outside.
My Monday morning started out pretty much the same way as every other week day with peanut butter and banana on toast.
That kept me going until lunch where I had a wrap with tomato, cucumber, lettuce, spinach and cheese. I also had an apple on the side.

My afternoon snack was amazing. It was a fruit and nut selection bag from Waitrose, to which I added some dried pineapple. Dried pineapple is so sweet it really helps with chocolate cravings!
For dinner, I was super hungry and wanted something quickly. I opted for my fail-safe of a stir fry. I just bunged in loads of chopped veggies and added some cooked chicken, sweet chilli sauce, garlic, ginger and soy sauce. It uses up lots of fridge ingredients and I always have the ingredients to make a quick sauce.
I had a lot of heavier food at the weekend and I think my tummy was still recovering as I didn't feel hungry in the evening like I normally do! I normally want a snack around 9pm where I treat myself, but skipped it today as I felt quite bloated. Does anyone else have to have evening snacks?
