WIAW 47 'Tis the season

There are only 5 weekends til Christmas and I am already so excited! I visited my parents at the weekend and we went to a local shopping centre which was covered in beautiful lights and decorations along with a very convincing santa. So naturally the Christmas food has started.

I had the usual in the morning of two slices of toast with peanut butter and banana.

That kept me full until lunch when I had a breaded ham and mustard roll in a super soft roll.
A bit dull but very tasty. However my first afternoon snack was the special first mince pie of the season. A Marks and Spencer lattice topped pie that I heated up for a few seconds in the microwave was delicious.
My second afternoon snack was a little healthier with natural yogurt, blueberries and honey.
Dinner was a quick cheese and bacon quiche that mum had made that I teamed with my current favourite of roasted carrots, broccoli and spinach.

In the evening I snacked on a Marks and Spencer bubbly chocolate santa. I had never had these before, but they were giving them out as a taster of their Christmas range, and I would buy them again! I enjoy Aero chocolate and these were better, however with the shape and size, they were a little awkward to eat!
Thanks as always to Jenn at Peas and Crayons for hosting.
