Tesco Orchard Product Review Sundried Tomato, Basil & Parmesan melt

As part of the Tesco Orchard team, I recieved some vouchers enabling me to try their new dairy range free of charge. I chose to try the sundried tomato, basil and Parmesan butter and at first was a little unsure of how to use it.
When I got home, I looked at the packaging properly and noticed it had a few suggestions, including the idea to stir through pasta. As I was making my own pasta, I thought this might make easy work of a sauce so gave it a go. When my pasta was cooked, I left it to drain whilst I put the butter in the still warm pan (for two people) and let it melt, I then put the pasta back in and stirred it all through. I was surprised how intense the flavour was in such a small knob of butter, and my dish didn't need any extra seasoning.
The butters retail at £1 for four, and as they freeze, you won't waste them and they are very handy to have on standby for a quick and easy tasty meal.
