WIAW Getting my soup on

After spending another great weekend at the New Forest, the temperature in London felt relatively warm. Soup was still on the menu though, as it is a great way to use up lots of vegetables.
My breakfast was back to normal, with banana and peanut butter on toast.

Lunch was scrambled egg with spinach, tomatoes and broccoli. I like to be inventive at work sometimes, and with only a microwave and no toaster, it's fun to experiment with cooking fresh ingredients (and hoping eggs don't get broken on the rush hour crush). I keep some herbs, salt and pepper in the cupboard to help flavour any cooking.
Afternoon snack was persimmon (or sharon fruit) with apples topped with cherry yogurt and pomegranate seeds.
I also snacked on some interesting flavour popcorn which felt a little spicy for an afternoon snack.
I made a soup for dinner using onions, peppers and tomatoes which were on their way out. At the tube station this morning, they were giving out these flavour pots, so thought they would be perfect for adding into the mix.

And of course, I had my evening chocolate fix, snacking on some blueberry intense Lindt.
What did you eat this WIAW?
