WIAW Getting my soup on
After spending another great weekend at the New Forest, the temperature in London felt relatively warm. Soup was still on the menu though, as it is a great way to use up lots of vegetables.
My breakfast was back to normal, with banana and peanut butter on toast.
Lunch was scrambled egg with spinach, tomatoes and broccoli. I like to be inventive at work sometimes, and with only a microwave and no toaster, it's fun to experiment with cooking fresh ingredients (and hoping eggs don't get broken on the rush hour crush). I keep some herbs, salt and pepper in the cupboard to help flavour any cooking.
