WIAW A New Year. The Same Old Me.

Happy New Year everyone! Christmas now feels like a lifetime ago and with the new year brings nothing but the same me. I am not one to make diet related resolutions because..let's face it...I'm lucky enough to not need to diet. My resolutions come in the form of aiming to read a book a week (which I managed to complete last year) and take a photo a day.
So what do my 2016 eats look like? Very much the same. Breakfast was peanut butter and banana on toast as normal. Lunch was vegetable soup and homemade garlic dough balls (which you can find the recipe to here)
One of my afternoon snack came from my Christmas food hamper which I get every year from my family. It was a cranberry, almond and seed mix which had a useful resealable top so I could graze throughout the whole day on them.
I also had mango and yogurt, with a yogurt made from leftovers. Although I like the idea of not letting things go to waste, I didn't feel like the flavour of this was overly strong.
Dinner was a perfect leftover Christmassy meal with parsnips, brussels, ham, onions, carrot and spinach with a side of broccoli.
